Electro Permanent Magnetic Chuck for Grinding　KEGFA

Applications

Most suitable for high precision grinding and slicing.

Features

As there is no heat generation in the chuck, hence reduction in accuracy on account of thermal displacement is difficult to occur.

Electro permanent magnetic chuck requires electrical power to switch ON and OFF the magnet for few seconds. During ON, built-in strong permanent magnets hold the workpiece.

Electric consumption can be reduced. Also it is safe because it can keep holding workpiece even if there is power failure or disconnection of wire during the operation.
